4 The Future Scholarships

The Future Elite Scholarships program is designed to support Indigenous athletes who are continuing their lacrosse careers at the next level. Whether competing in college or pursuing advanced opportunities in the game, these scholarships help ease financial barriers so athletes can stay focused on their education and development.

2025 marked our inaugural year of scholarship support, and it reinforced both the need and the impact of investing in Native athletes. As we look ahead, our goal is to double the number of scholarships each year, expanding access and creating more opportunities for athletes to succeed beyond their communities.

This program is an investment in the future of the game, ensuring that Indigenous athletes are represented, supported, and able to continue their journey at the highest levels.
