Behind every program is a team deeply connected to the game, the community, and the purpose behind this work. Our staff, executive and advisory boards, and community champions bring a shared commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for Indigenous youth through lacrosse.

From program leadership to on-the-ground community advocates, each member of our team plays a role in building, supporting, and sustaining this work. Together, we combine experience, relationships, and a deep respect for the game to ensure everything we do is rooted in community and built to last.

Provides strategic leadership, governance, and fiduciary oversight for the organization. This group sets direction, ensures accountability, and supports long-term sustainability while advancing the mission and vision of 4 The Future Foundation.

Offers subject matter expertise, guidance, and strategic insight to strengthen programs and decision-making. Advisory members serve as thought partners, helping expand networks, elevate impact, and inform key initiatives.

Act as regional ambassadors who elevate and support 4TFF programming within their regions. They build relationships, increase awareness, and help connect youth and communities to opportunities, ensuring the mission reaches and reflects diverse communities.
